Drone Flight Over Sutton Scarsdale Hall, Derbyshire

Stratos Drones flew the DJI MIni 3 Pro over the imposing Sutton Scarsdale Hall (Ruin) in Derbyshire this morning. A grand Georgian mansion house built in the years 1724-29, sadly, all but a ruin today.

Aerial Footage of Sutton Scarsdale Hall, Derbyshire.

Sutton Scarsdale Hall, a grand Georgian mansion erected between 1724-29, stands tall and imposing with an intricate exterior that boasts a plethora of columns. Unfortunately, this historical monument has been roofless since 1919, when the interiors were dismantled and some were exported to America. Despite this, there is still a great deal to explore within the halls of this magnificent mansion, including traces of ornate plasterwork that once adorned its walls. Adjacent to the parish church, Sutton Scarsdale Hall is situated on open grassed land that offers breathtaking views, with gently sloping grounds that lead down towards a ha-ha ditch.
